What is in each capsule
- Chromium (as chromium picolinate): 100 µg, 250% of the Nutrient Reference Value
- Green tea leaf extract: 154 mg
- Cider vinegar: 150 mg
- Berberine HCl: 85 mg
- Ginger root: 50 mg
- Plus further plant ingredients, each listed with its exact amount on the label
The capsule shell is plant-based HPMC, with no gelatine. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
How to take it
Take one capsule a day with a large glass of water, during or right after a meal. Do not take it on an empty stomach.
